On November 22, 2022, Madina Kanzhigitovna Zhubanys, Art. Lecturer of of the Master's degree in Ecology of the Higher School of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, conducted a practical lesson on the discipline "Fundamentals of Ecology and life safety" in the XT-20-4tk group for students of the specialty 6B05210 – Ecology on the topic: "Industrial and domestic waste" held a lesson in role-playing form.

      10 teachers from the department took part in the open lesson. The form of an open lesson is a practical lesson. The practical lesson was held in accordance with the KTZ and syllabus. During the open lesson, the teacher compiled a work program for the discipline, syllabus, documents of the KTP and SRS of the discipline, methodological guidelines, a support card and a student attendance log. The teacher explained the practical lesson to the students in the form of a presentation. The practice plan and the teacher first introduced the topic and lesson plan. In accordance with the lesson plan, we were introduced to the topic of the lesson. During the practice, the teacher provided students with handouts. Along with visual aids, the teacher presented the students with presentation data prepared for a practical lesson using an interactive whiteboard. At the end of the lesson, the teacher asked the students control questions and homework. The teacher's connection with the audience was close, the students took an active part.

      The open lesson of the teacher Zhubanysh Madina Kanzhigitovna was conducted in accordance with the pedagogical and methodological requirements and standards of higher education institutions. The lesson was held with clear visibility, the use of technical means and with the active participation of students. We believe that students' interest in the subject has increased, and the lesson has achieved the purpose of the lesson. He has mastered the material well in practice, easily and conveniently expounds the material, knows how to navigate the audience, rationally use presentation material, visual aids.

       11/17/2022 according to the appointment of a mentoring hour. Students of 1-3 courses of the department "Ecology" of the Higher School "Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology" visited the "Shymkent city puppet and youth" theater. They watched the premiere of A. Baitursynov's play "Akhmet", dedicated to the 150th anniversary, and said that they made a special impression on them. The theater is not only a place of cultural recreation and entertainment, but also a spiritual and cultural environment that strengthens the spirit and value of the nation, glorifies the beauty and virtue, inspiration and sincerity of the people. Therefore, it is very important to take young people to theaters in order to educate them in aesthetic morality and virtue.

Video contest "My favorite profession".

       With the participation of students of the department "Ecology" the competition "My favorite profession" was organized. Under the terms of the competition, the participants had to prepare a 30-second and 5-minute demonstration video in Kazakh and Russian. All academic groups of the Ecology cafe took part in the competition, and the videos that fully reveal the topic were chosen as the best. However, it was noted that the work of each participant is worthy of appreciation, and letters of thanks were presented to all participating groups.

     At the initiative of the students, an environmental campaign "EcoStudentKZ" was launched in the country.The students of the Ecology Department of the HI and BT Higher School also contributed to the Eco-ChallengeSouth Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov, who sent this action to students of the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov.
