Development of the specialty "Biotechnology" in the 2023-2024 academic year In the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev to the people, this year we entered a new stage, our people supported the direction of political modernization in a national referendum, declaring that the Constitutional reform has become a very important step on the way to creating a new, fair Kazakhstan.He emphasized that improving the quality of education is a pressing issue in the new period of social modernization, when political modernization should be followed by economic changes. Socio-economic and technological changes in the world pose complex challenges, most of which are related to the educational activities of the country's higher educational institutions. One of the important elements of the social structure of developed countries is the education sector.In the process of implementing the State Education Development Program, we need to increase the provision of quality educational services, therefore this is considered the main task of the education sector. The ongoing integration processes in the national and global economy show that the quality of education plays a huge role in ensuring the country's competitiveness. The Department of Biotechnology at the Higher School of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology named after M. Auezov was created on September 10, 2003.Among those who contributed to the development of the new profession, to the creation of the educational, methodological and material and technical base, Ph.D., Professor M.S. Sataev, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor K.S. Nadirov, Ph.D., Associate Professor N.A. Prikhodko, Ph.D., Associate Professor A.M. Yesimova, Ph.D., Professor A.A. Saparbekova, Ph.D., Professor B.Sh. Kedelbaev.
Today, December 8, 2023, 58 professors and staff of the Higher School of Chemical Technology and Biotechnology were awarded the 80th anniversary badge of our university and the “Best Teacher” and “Best Researcher” badges of the university. We sincerely congratulate our colleagues!!!
