The most important scientific and creative results
In February 2023, following the results of the competition, N. O. Dzhakipbekova received an international grant. On April 25, 2022, M. Auezova Chairman-Rector of the Educational Department Kozhamzharova Daria Perneshovna signed the agreement of the international project GE2506 "bactericidal and zeolite filters for purification and disinfection of drinking water".The participants of this project are countries such as Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan, the years of implementation are 2022-2024. The grant is awarded by ISTC, Funding-Japan. Project manager N. Dzhakipbekova Oh, the project participants are associate professors and teachers of the departments "Chemistry and Fundamentals of Chemical Technology", "Ecology", "Oil Refining and Petrochemistry". The agreement was also signed by Rector of Tbilisi State University Georgy Sharvashidze and Rector of the National Agrarian University of Armenia Vardan Urutyan. The project partners are countries such as the USA, Japan, Sweden, Australia, and Greece.

In December 2023, a solemn event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the M. Auezov University of South Kazakhstan was held at the M. Auezov Higher School of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology. The 27th International Scientific and Practical Conference of students and Young Scientists "Chemical Technology, Biotechnology and pharmaceutical production in the XXI century" was held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Sciences, Professor, academician B. S. Shakirov. The teaching staff of the department, as scientific supervisors of students, took part in the work of the section "chemical and pharmaceutical engineering".
147 reports are planned for the section, 46 of them were heard. The meeting of section No. 1 "Chemistry and technology of pharmaceutical production" was held on November 6-8, 2023 from 14.00 to 18.00 in offline mode in auditorium 410 of Building A.

The topics of the students' reports were devoted to topical issues of modern production in the field of chemistry and chemical technology, pharmaceuticals. The students' reports were of a research and applied nature.
