School of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Shevko V.M.every year there is an introduction of the results of research into the educational process, systematically the technology passes production tests.
For industrial testing of the technologies being developed, joint pilot production facilities have been established with LLP NPF Kazkhiminvest, LLP Kermet, Otrar LLP, Nuran LLP
An experimental experimental installation was built in Lenger for the chloride processing of ores with a capacity of 15,000 tons. On the basis of LLP NPF "Kazkhiminvest" a low-tonnage production of calcium carbide was built and 2500 tons of calcium carbide were obtained.
Technical regulations have been prepared for the construction and reconstruction of plants in Zhayremsky GOK, Magnitogorsk MMK, NizhnyTagil MMK.
Together with LLP "Taraz Metallurgical Plant" technical specifications (TU) for ferrosilicon prepared from polymetallic ores have been prepared.
Employees of the department received the certificate "The best scientific work of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for the development of technology for obtaining ferrosilicon from clinker wafer.
