Оn 25th of April in 2017, among students of Higher school of the Chemical engineering and biotechnology was conducted competition «Jigit Sultani». On results of the competition, the student of group HT-16-7k of the chair "Technologies of cement, ceramics and glass" Turkeyev Dulat took І place.

Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten

May 15, 2017 at the Department of "Technology of cement, ceramics and glass" was an open lesson timed to the 72nd anniversary of the Great Patriotic War on the topic "Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten." The curatorial hour was dedicated to the memory of the veterans of the Great Patriotic War to the teachers of the Chair Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor Anatoly Aleksandrovich Balakirev and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Nikolai Grigorevich Rukhlin who showed courage and diligence. The purpose of this event is to attract young teachers, undergraduates, students to the celebration of the Great Victory, love and defense of the Motherland, on exploits and examples of the courage of our veterans of the Great Patriotic War.

Implementation of educational work in the chair "Technology of cement ceramics and glass"

          In academic groups of chair carried out upbringing work established by the university requirements. Curators are successfully operating in accordance with the plan approved by the chair of upbringing work and youth policy of the University.

           Every week in accordance with the schedule of curator hours curators working with groups.

Excursions

Together with first year students and curators, the department got acquainted with the university and visited the museum.

Community work day

Young teachers together with the students of the department take part weekly in subbotniks, cleaning and landscaping of the university territory.

Dedication of Students

To date, the number of students in the first year were acquainted with the rules of admission to the university, were elected to the group's elders.
12.10.2017 in the assembly hall of the Main Building there was a student event "Dedication of students" organized by 1st-year activists.

16 November 2017 in the hostel number 6 under the supervision of the senior curator of the department of "Technology of cement, ceramics and glass" of the Higher School of "Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology" Akzhibek  Kulmakhanova and her curatorial group ChT-16-7K organized a cultural and leisure event "A good attitude of student life" for students living in a hostel for the purpose of promoting healthy lifestyles and patriotic education of students.

         Education is our main treasure. People's poet Nurpeys Baytanin said: "There is nothing more valuable than education and it will never wither away". Only an educated person can confidently go to the future. If our youth, who have received education will continue to develop their wisdom, beauty, it is only for the better. "Independence-the cradle of the country happy!"

13 December 2017 at the Department "Technology of cement, ceramics and glass" the higher school "Chemical engineering and biotechnology" held an open curatorial hour devoted to the independence day of the Republic of Kazakhstan " Independence-the cradle of the country happy!". Participants of the open curatorial hour was acquainted with the history of Independence, had heard reports. Senior curator of the University Beisenov S. D. and Deputy Dean of the higher school "ChEandB" Bayisbay O. P. made a Patriotic speech. The event was filled with music and dance, beautiful dancers and a dramatic sketch "the letter Kairat" with the scene.

"Asyl ANA"

         March 5, 2018 at the Department "Technology of cement, ceramics and glass" was held an open curatorial hour on the theme of "Asyl Ana" is dedicated to the international women's day March 8, group ChT-15-7k under the guidance of the curator Estauova A. A. and the senior curator of the chair Kulmakhanova A. Sh., visited Deputy Dean of the higher school " Chemical engineering and biotechnology " Bayisbai O. P., head of the Department Autoreyev M. Zh. and teachers of the Department.
