Creative meeting with Mukhtar Shakhanov

Mukhtar Shakhanov, a talented Kazakh poet, people's writer, and Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan, visited the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov and met with representatives of the city's intelligentsia, faculty, and student youth (including the HT-24-2k group).
Acting Chairman of the Board and Rector of the University Gani Besbayev noted the poet's life and creative path: "This is a historic day. Young people, you were lucky to meet and communicate with the respected people. We have a lot of interesting things."
By the decision of the Academic Council of Auezov University, Mukhtar Shakhanov was awarded the title of "Honorary Professor" of the educational institution.
At the creative evening, Auezov's youth, one after another, poured out passionate tributes to the poet, reverently recited poems and poems calling for nationality and honor. At the end of the meeting, the students asked the poet a question, asked for advice, and received parting words. This meeting is different from the previous one. Shakhanov's creative evening this time was unusual, the young participants performed the song "On the Bank of Arysa". This moment filled the poet with tears. The evening, filled with the creativity of the spiritual personality of the nation, was rich and informative.
